what is it with love & cliches?

instead of being suspended in a rusty, creaking ferris wheel, dangerously high in the air, try my roof at three in the morning.
instead of catching colds in the rain, try getting under an umbrella.
instead of long walks by the beach at sunset, try the boardwalk at sunrise.
instead of spending ages deciding who hangs up first, hang up only to call back.
instead of waiting a year for valentines, pick a random day of the year and have it then instead. just because.
instead of a candlelit dinner, try the park at night.
instead of watching tv on the sofa (which i do not find romantic =_=) , try walking through the suburbs at dusk. that japanase occupation wasteland place is awesome.
